I have a problem with my games...I can't uninstall them, and reinstall, because an installer is already running...can't seem to find that installer, though. I've restarted my computer 45 times. Please help me.

I'm not quite sure what you mean (or who you are for that matter, but I'll check in a sec)

Without knowing too much about the problem, I'd suggest you check CTRL-ALT-DEL together and go to task manager or press CTRL-SHIFT-ESC together. And try and find anything that looks like "install.exe" or "install32.exe" or whatever in Processes and end the task then try uninstalling. If all else fails you can do a quick and dirty uninstall of some stuff by going to C:\Program Files\ and deleting the folder of your game (Make sure the game or uninstaller isn't running)

(I'm also quite unsure why you're asking me about this)
